Join locals and learn the craft of making ratafia, one of Catalonia’s most treasured traditions. You’ll discover the secrets behind this unique liqueur, made with more than 33 herbs and green walnuts gathered around the Summer Solstice, when nature is at its most vibrant.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore old knowledge passed down through generations. This is not simply a recipe; it’s a way of living with the land, understanding the seasons, and celebrating the natural abundance that surrounds us.

And the experience doesn’t end when the workshop is over. You’ll take the memory home with you. Each participant will create their own ratafia and leave with 2 litres to continue its transformation and share it with family and friends.
