Conditions of sale of products

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user during the order. In order to optimize delivery, we invite the buyer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Deliveries in Catalonia will be made within 48-72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In the rest of the peninsula 3-4 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Consult the delivery conditions for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

Mas Casas Cruïlles SL does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of the possible delay in the shipment by the carrier. In the event that the carrier attempts to deliver the package to the user and no one is there to receive it, they will leave a note or send a message stating the attempted delivery. The user can contact the transport agency as soon as possible using the telephone number you will find in the note or message, in order to agree a new delivery date. If on this second delivery no one is there to receive the package, they will notify the user again of the second delivery attempt. After that, the order will remain in the office of the transport agency for 15 days. After these days, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. At the time of receiving the order, you should check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery and point out any anomalies on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including the signature. Transport providers do not allow the return of the goods if the user opens it in their presence, but they can check the box from the outside and, if they detect that the box is damp or wet, not accept the order. The carrier will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send a new delivery at no charge to the user.

Orders can be canceled free of charge until the time the shipment is made. If we receive notice of cancellation after the package has already been shipped, it will be considered a refund. Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product according to the specifications that follow. The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, handled or exposed to inappropriate conditions. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for further sale. It will not be possible to accept any package that does not have any of the identification elements of the sender (name, surname, address, order number). The return of the requested products will lead to the reimbursement of the total amount paid by the user. The cost of return and subsequent shipping will be assumed by the user. In this case, those returns that derive from an error on our part or a defect in the product are excluded. In this case, Mas Casas Cruïlles SL undertakes to exchange the defective product for another of the same type or refund the amount. To effect a refund, the user must contact us in writing to the email address info@mascasascruilles.com beforehand. The user will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the returns communication. We will not accept any exchanges or returns without prior notification.

Conditions of sale of refrigerated food products

Refrigerated food products will only be sent to addresses with a postal code in Catalonia.

Deliveries to Catalonia will be made on Thursdays and/or Fridays. If we cannot prepare the order for dispatch on Wednesday, it will be sent the following week.

Mas Casas Cruïlles SL offers food products that need refrigeration through its web store. Products are processed and checked before shipping and have a short best before date, so no returns or refunds are accepted for food products.

Conditions of sale of the activities

With the completion of the reservation process for an activity through our website, the user undertakes to participate in it on the date and time indicated at the time of making the reservation and under the conditions that appear in the description of each activity

The user who buys through our website will be able to cancel the purchase made without needing to justify his decision, in accordance with the applicable Spanish legislation. To exercise this right, the user can send an email to info@mascasascruilles.cat specifying "withdrawal" as the subject and stating the name and surname, the concept and/or the registration number of the purchase. In this case Mas Casas Cruïlles SL will offer you another activity or a new date to comply with the contract. The right of withdrawal can be exercised at most 48 hours before the date of the contracted activity.

Mas Casas Cruïlles SL reserves the right of admission and, in particular, to deny access to those users whose behavior could alter the security of the facilities.

Likewise, the right is reserved to cancel and/or modify scheduled activities of any kind for reasons of force majeure and/or beyond their control and duly justified, without prior notice to the user and without motive capiga entitled to compensation of any kind in favor of the user, with the exception, when appropriate, of the change of data to carry out the activity.

The person in charge is exempt from any type of responsibility arising from the information published on your website, provided that this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party outside of it.
