Mas Casas is a traditional farmer's house and, as such, is located in an elevated and sunny location, with water points, outbuildings with livestock, a hen house very close to the orchard and the manure pit. In addition, on the banks and surrounding fields we have fruit trees, almond trees and olive trees. We try to achieve maximum energy and resource efficiency, as our ancestors did. We understand the garden, the corral and the fruit trees as an extension of our stove, as another essential part of the farm's infrastructure. We have a little bit of everything but in small quantities. We offer you the possibility to buy these products and enjoy them as much as we do!
Chicken eggs
The eggs are a natural product, from our blonde and black hens, reared on the ground and fed with their own cereal feed and leftovers from the garden. We carry out salmonella checks and other checks required by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
They are sold with clutches of 12 or 6 eggs. We reward customers who bring eggs from home with a price reduction!
PRODUCTS OF THE GARDEN
In the summer months, the garden at Mas Casas is usually full of tomatoes, lettuce and other vegetables that have been grown without any type of chemical product, based on the pillars that support agroecology and permaculture with the objective of investing the minimum labor and obtaining the maximum benefits.
Permaculture is a science that seeks to apply the mechanisms that occur naturally in wild ecosystems and apply them to our cultivated agroecosystem. With these principles applied to the vegetable garden, we seek to create healthy, resistant and stable ecosystems, seeking to have healthy plants that are not vulnerable to pests and diseases. We do not seek to replace synthetic chemicals with less polluting natural chemicals. Our goal is to create resilient, healthy plants and ecosystems that function with minimal human intervention.

ALMONDS
Almonds are a dried fruit rooted in our culture and a true source of nutrients and benefits for our body. Put a small handful of almonds into your life every day and start experiencing a big change! In addition, cracking almonds can be an entertaining and fun activity to share with the little ones in the house.
Almonds with cloves are sold per kg.
We have currently sold out of all almonds. We hope to have a good harvest and offer you this product again next season.
Olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil is one of the most appreciated gastronomic products of the Mediterranean diet and each culture has its own way of producing and eating it. Our extra virgin olive oil is made with Argudell olives, the Empordà variety, from our olive groves. The collection of the olives is not mechanized.
Virgin olive oil is marketed packaged in 25 CL, 2 L and 5 L bottles.
Currently we have used up all the oil. We hope to have a good harvest and offer you this product again next season.
